It was a such great experience overall. There were FANTASTIC service and people, it worked well for me. Extremely comfy bed and a perfect view. Kindness from the whole staff. Restaurant in hotel was stunning and the pool area was great.

stayed for 1 day and did not want to leave, i will be back. food was awesome, breakfast was warm. brand-new hotel and excellent service. the beach was awesome.

My room was well-kept, incredibly comfortable location. Pool was good and the staff were compassionate. Lots of food for a continental breakfast. Also, I loved how strategic the location was.

This hotel was new generation and I liked it. Very courteous staff, reasonably good breakfast and the room was absolutely gorgeous. Great stay in this beautiful area. Spacious suite and cozy bed. The staff did all they can for a restful stay. Late check-out too.

We did not want to leave, totally recommend. Overall, it's nice comfy base for exploring Waterloo attractions. Loved on-site restaurant Farmers Market Buffet. The bed was comfortable & room was very clean.
